Our Founder’s Story

Gradient Connect AI began as a passionate endeavor driven by the relentless pursuit of success. Its founders, Matthew Yeazel (Operations Manager) and James Persky (Product Floor Manager), launched a solar marketing call center in Temecula, California, in 2021. From the outset, they faced a significant challenge: finding the perfect dialer software for their marketing campaigns. They tested numerous options, only to encounter persistent difficulties and exorbitant costs.

Despite these hurdles, their call center thrived in the United States, prompting them to expand their operations to the Philippines. This move represented a fresh start, filled with opportunities for refinement. Yet, the search for an effective dialer continued to be a major obstacle. They encountered unreliable providers and subpar solutions, which added to their frustrations.

One day, after yet another frustrating experience, Matthew had an epiphany. He exclaimed, “Let’s build our own!” This marked the beginning of a new chapter. Matthew and James dedicated themselves to the project, working 14-hour days and immersing themselves in the intricacies of the communications industry. They assembled a team of skilled coders and AI technology experts, embarking on an intense month-and-a-half-long development journey.

Their hard work paid off. They created a dialer system that surpassed their expectations, transforming their operations. Recognizing the potential of their innovation, they officially launched Gradient Connect AI. The company’s proprietary system not only solved their initial problem but also set a new standard in the industry, marking the birth of something truly exceptional.
